The client plans to convert the old Shell barrel bottling plant into a multifunctional event hall ("K714 cultural refinery"). The historic building is to retain its industrial charm, while state-of-the-art stage technology and a restaurant with a view of the Rhine are moving in. In this context, the client awards the trade VE 094 - Windows and doors existing façade.

The trade VE 94 - windows and doors of the existing façade is part of the K714 cultural refinery construction project.

In the cultural refinery construction project, locksmith, steel construction and metal construction work for the production and assembly of steel structures, window and door elements as well as roller shutter work for anti-glare and blackout elements will be awarded. An additional subject of this tender is the glazing work. The service includes the delivery, insertion and sealing and external cementing of all glass panes.
