The target of the procurement is student transport by taxis and/or buses of the Mylly-Antti school of the City of Raisio, which organises the transport of pupils as a charter/purchased service from home to school and back.

The tendering process is open to anyone who has a public transport or taxi licence entitling them to operate the service by the beginning of the contract period.

The tenderer shall undertake to organise the transport service it provides in accordance with these tender documents.

The contract period for school transport is school working days between 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2025 and as a possible option period 1.1.2026 - 6.6.2027.

The call for tenders is divided into three sections based on municipalities, one of the actions can offer all sections.

The procurement concerns student transport from the municipalities of Mylly-Antti School: Aura, Kaarina, Kemiönsaari, Koski TL, Kustavi, Lieto, Masku, Marttila, Mynämäki, Naantali, Nousiainen, Paimio, Pöytyä, Rusko, Raisio, Sauvo, Taivassalo and Vehmaan.

At the moment there are no students from Aura, Kustavi, Taivassalo and Sauvo.

Some students wear magnetic vests (comes from the students themselves), (this school year with three students), they also have their own transport.

The car should be such that the vest can be fastened successfully.

Students can also have an extra belt (comes from the student himself) (this school year one student has).

Some students also use wheelchairs:

- some sit in wheelchairs in a taxi, this school year 10 students

- some sit in the car seat, but a wheelchair is included, this school year three students

Students also have car seats/boosters must be mentioned (coming from a student), (this school year four students).

The driver's task is to attach both the student and the wheelchair, car seat or magnetic vest in the car.

Some students travel privately due to safety and health reasons.

For health reasons, our school counsellor accompanies three students (own transport).

For health reasons, one student has a nurse accompanying him in a taxi (own transport).

Students attend weekly courses in Paimio, KTO's units in Naskarlanraiti, i.e. Paimio is the home and the operator of the section according to their home address is followed, unless otherwise agreed.
