"Construction of the S10 Szczecin – Piła road on the section end of the Stargard bypass – the beginning of the Piła bypass (with the "Košice" junction) excluding the bypass of Wałcz, Section 3: Suchań (with a junction) – Recz (with a junction)"
As part of the subject of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to perform design services and construction works in accordance with Polish law, in particular with technical and construction regulations, regulations on independent technical functions in construction and regulations on products and materials used in construction.
The subject of the Order is:
"Construction of the S10 Szczecin – Piła road on the section end of the Stargard bypass – the beginning of the Piła bypass (with the "Košice" junction) excluding the bypass of Wałcz, Section 3: Suchań (with a junction) – Recz (with a junction)"
The scope of the task includes in particular:
1) construction of an expressway,
2) road junctions: Suchań Junction, Recz Interchange,
3) reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collision with the expressway,
4) construction of the main expressway route,
5) reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of collision with the expressway,
6) construction of roads other than expressways, including changes in the route of existing roads,
7) construction of additional roadways located in the expressway lane,
8) construction and/or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,
9) emergency crossings and emergency entrances to the expressway,
10) technological belts,
11) engineering structures along the expressway and along the roads intersecting with the expressway,
12) land drainage system,
13) environmental protection devices, in particular: acoustic protection, animal crossings, ecological culverts with a protective and guiding fence, greenery and expressway fencing, anti-glare screens, protective devices for bats, replacement tanks for amphibians,
14) infrastructure for the needs of expressway facilities located along the expressway, including: power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sewage treatment networks and devices, rainwater sewage system with pre-treatment devices and others,
15) demolition of buildings and buildings, demolition of road elements, culverts and others,
16) teletechnical network for the needs of the Ordering Party,
17) road lighting,
18) traffic organization, including road safety devices,
19) after completion of the Works - full reclamation of areas occupied by technical and social facilities, Construction Site, temporary roads - made for the needs of the Contractor and construction and any other areas transformed by the Contractor,
20) traffic management system,
21) strengthening the ground and ensuring the stability of slopes, excavations and embankments in the scope adapted to soil and water conditions,
22) Written arrangements between Contractors, design solutions at the junction of adjacent tasks.
The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. the surface of the main route, including the manufacture and incorporation and execution of the remaining layers of the surface structure above the native soil (excavation) or embankment (embankment), excluding the supply of materials and services.
Total estimated order of magnitude of contract value above €20,000,000.
