The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of potatoes, vegetables, fruit group I and fruit group II in 2024 and 2025 for the benefit of 1. Transport Aviation Base in Warsaw, in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, and the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The order was divided into three tasks:
Task No. 1 – Purchase and delivery of potatoes and vegetables,
Task No. 2 – Purchase and delivery of fruit group I,
Task No. 3 – Purchase and delivery of fruit group II.
Task No. 1 – Purchase and delivery of potatoes and vegetablesThe subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of potatoes and vegetables in 2024 and 2025 to 1. Task No. 2 – Purchase and delivery of fruit group IThe subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of gr. I fruit in 2024 and 2025 for the benefit of 1. Transport Aviation Base in Warsaw, in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, and the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
Task No. 3 – Purchase and delivery of fruit group IIThe subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of gr. II fruit in 2024 and 2025 for the benefit of 1. Transport Aviation Base in Warsaw, in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, and the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
