4.1. The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of photovoltaic microinstallations on residential real estate located in the Opoczno Commune and the Poświętne Commune, which were indicated in the PFU – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ as part of the project "Renewable Energy Sources in the Opoczno Commune and in the Poświętne Commune".

1. Design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of micro-installations with a capacity of 2.1 kWp and 2.8 kWp, including: 1) as part of the subject of the contract in the scope of design works, the Contractor will perform: - inventory of the actual technical condition of facilities for the installation of PV systems as at the date of commencement of installation of the installation, - inventory of the actual state of the electrical installation of facilities in terms of installation of PV systems as at the date of commencement of installation of the installation, - development of detailed designs of individual installations. 2) as part of the subject of the contract in the scope of executive works, the Contractor shall perform the following installation works, including the investment addresses indicated on pages 3-13 of the PFU: - verification of the technical condition of the electrical installation in individual buildings, - execution of the necessary structures for the installation of photovoltaic modules, - installation of photovoltaic modules on the structure, - installation of inverters / inverters to the photovoltaic installation, - location of cabling for connecting modules photovoltaic, - connection of inverters / inverters of photovoltaic modules to the investor's power grid, - modernization of the electrical switchboard, - installation of the automation system, - installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus, - commissioning of the PV system and regulation, - training of the operator. 3) As part of the subject of the contract in the scope of construction works, the Contractor shall perform the following works, in the addresses of the investment indicated on pages 3-13 of the PFU: - execution of the necessary structures on the ground (hammered structures), - execution of passages through partitions (ceiling, roof, walls) for the location of electrical cables and their protection, - sealing culverts in places of cable passages, - performing cleaning works aimed at organizing the construction site and bringing the object to the original state. The total number of installations will be 149 pcs., including 120 pcs. in the Municipality of Opoczno and 29 pcs. in the Poświętne Commune. 2. The detailed scope of works to be performed by the Contractor is described in the PFU, which constitutes (Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ) and is an integral part of the SWZ.

The detailed scope of works to be performed by the Contractor is described in the PFU, which constitutes (Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ) and is an integral part of the SWZ.
