The objective of this tender is to contract a service provider who, in addition to the management, advice and support of the current contract on Major Road Maintenance, also takes care of the preparation and tendering of the new framework contract.

The framework agreement is entered into for a period of at least 2 years and, if proven suitable, 2 times an extension of 1 year. The effective date of the framework agreement is 1 January 2023 and runs until 31 December 2026 at most.
