The purpose of the contract is to provide an information, advice and guidance service for immigration on issues specific to foreigners and on the resources of the different social welfare systems (education, health, housing, culture, work, etc.), as well as to facilitate the associationism of immigrants to increase their visibility, participation and integration in Spanish society.
