Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness of real estate located in Szczecin at ul. Pelikana, ul. Łączna, street: Flaminga, street Bronisława Sobola and ul. Józef Roman, owned by Szczeciński TBS Sp. z o. o

The subject of the contract is to perform ongoing cleanliness, including maintaining proper order, sanitary and aesthetic condition of the parts intended for shared use by residents of building properties owned by the Employer and the adjacent external surface located in Szczecin at:

1. street Pelikana 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, ul. Łączna 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, ul. Flaminga 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13,15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 with usable floor space: 15,022,43 m 2 ; external area 22,268.85 m 2

2. street Bronisława Sobola 2, 4, 6 ul. Józefa Romana 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34.36, 38 with usable floor space of premises: 15 600.20 m 2 ; external surface area 26 826.10 m 2 .

The external surface includes, among others, green areas, pavements, gutters (a depression between the street, roadway for vehicles and the pavement (its edge) for draining rainwater),
