E-HRM, Payroll administration software and Payroll services

DUO + wishes to conclude an agreement with 1 supplier for the delivery of user rights of an E-HRM system with the corresponding Salary Services.

The services to be provided are facilitated by a software package. The contracting authority wants a solution that is externally hosted and technically maintained (SaaS solution).

The purpose of the software is to provide support for:

- Processing, maintaining and changing personnel data by P&O

- Insight into salaries by HR, supervisors and employees

- Provide support for employees and managers to process their changes (self-service) such as: Requesting leave, declarations etc.
