The subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is the delivery and implementation of a digital system for recording the course of court hearings in 25 courtrooms subject to modernization in the courts of the Płock region
1.1. The subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is the delivery and implementation of a digital system for recording court hearings in 25 courtrooms subject to modernization in the courts of the Płock region in the following locations:
a) in the building of the District Court in Ciechanów at 5 and 6 Mikołajczyka Street in 5 courtrooms,
b) in the building of the District Court in Gostynin at 43 3 Maja Street in 5 courtrooms,
c) in the building of the District Court in Mława at 3 Reymonta Street in 4 courtrooms,
d) in the building of the District Court in Płońsk at 9a Sienkiewicza Street in 5 courtrooms,
e) in the building of the District Court in Sierpc at 1 Wiosny Ludów Street in 1 courtroom,
f) in the building of the District Court in Sochaczew at 7 1 Maja Street in 5 courtrooms.
1.2. The scope of work includes:
1) delivery of equipment, installation and commissioning of the system and tests of the installed system (design, installation and all related procedures);
2) delivery of materials necessary to perform the work,
3) transfer of technical documentation,
4) training in the use of the system,
5) providing service and technical support of the System,
6) dismantling of existing equipment in 25 courtrooms of the above-mentioned
1.3. Technical support service and System service.
1) Under the contract, the Contractor shall provide maintenance and technical support services for the System under the conditions described in the SWZ, including Appendix 3 to the contract – Terms of support and service.
2) The service of service and technical support for the System includes in particular:
a) ensuring efficient, correct and free from defects functioning of the System at the location of the Ordering Party;
b) removal of any defects, errors, failures and damages to the System and their consequences in the location of the Ordering Party;
c) providing consultations and technical assistance for the System provided to the Ordering Party;
d) implementation of modifications of the System software at the request of the Ministry of Justice;
e) updating the System environment, i.e. updating the software necessary for the functioning of the System in accordance with the announced patches of software and device manufacturers (drivers, operating systems, databases);
f) and other activities specified in Annex 3 to the contract.
1.4. Minimum warranty and service period 48 months.
A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2. The subject of the contract will be executed in accordance with the provisions of the contract template constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
