2. The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste, in particular with the following codes:

20 01 08- Biodegradable kitchen waste
20 01 39 – Plastics
20 01 40 – Metals
20 02 01 - biodegradable waste
20 02 03- Other non-biodegradable waste
20 03 01 – Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste
ex 20 01 99 — Other fractions not specified separately collected — ashes from domestic hearths.

15 01 02 – Plastic packaging
15 01 04 – Packaging of metals

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to manage the fraction of municipal waste from residential properties such as:
1) mixed municipal waste,
2) ash,
3) glass,
4) paper,
5) plastics, metals and multi-material packaging,
6) biodegradable kitchen waste (kitchen BIO),
7. biodegradable waste (green waste).
4. Estimation of the amount of waste to be managed during the term of the contract:
1) non-segregated municipal waste (mixed waste) – 6366 Mg,
2) ash – 2210 Mg,
3) glass – 1601Mg,
4) paper and cardboard –960 Mg,
5) plastics and metals – 2215 Mg,
6) biodegradable waste (green waste) – 3104 Mg,
7) biodegradable kitchen waste (BIO kitchen waste) – 1030 Mg.
5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and detailed requirements for the Contractor constitutes Annex 8 to the SWZ, while the organizational and legal arrangements related to the performance of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ
