This contract is based on the need to draft a basic project that will define the general characteristics of the rehabilitation work and its benefits in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 314/2006, of March 17, which approves the Technical Building Code, for the subsequent contracting of the execution project and the work and in this way contribute to the achievement within the framework of the Investment 5 of Component 22 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) whose objective is to expand the number of places in the state reception system for migrants and applicants for international protection.
