door-to-door collection of household and similar waste at voluntary drop-off points in the 22 continental municipalities of the Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique Community of Communes
In particular, the holder must perform the following services:
- door-to-door collection of residual household waste and similar household waste in individual bins, collective bins or group bins, at frequencies that differ according to the sectors served, the time of year, the type of user and the type of habitat;
- door-to-door collection of light packaging in individual bins, collective bins, group bins, at frequencies that differ according to the sectors served, the time of year, the type of user and the type of habitat;
- door-to-door collection of biowaste in individual bins, collective bins and grouping bins (installed under bin shelters) at frequencies that differ according to the sectors served, the time of year, the type of user and the type of habitat;
- the collection of residual household waste, packaging, glass and paper (Journals Magazines Magazines) in columns at voluntary drop-off points throughout the country, including the emptying of columns on the islands of Houat and Hoëdic, deposited full on the mainland as part of a separate market;
- complete interior / exterior washing of all or part of the fleet of voluntary, semi-buried and buried columns,
- the complete monthly washing inside / outside of the park of shelters bins;
- the complete monthly washing inside / outside and disinfection of the fleet of biowaste bins for shared use,
- the complete annual indoor / outdoor washing and disinfection of the fleet of shared bins and collection bins for household waste and packaging;
- cleaning the foot of the columns, maintaining the voluntary supply points in a good state of cleanliness
- the relocation of columns at the request of the contracting authority.
The market is not cut into slices.
The framework agreement consists of a fixed part and a part of purchase orders:
The fixed portion covers:
- door-to-door collection services,
- collection services at voluntary drop-off points, including cleaning of column legs.
The purchase order share relates to:
- the reading of chips at the lifting of the OM bins of large professional producers,
- additional collection services,
- column displacement,
- washing services.
The duration of the framework agreement shall be 12 months from 1 January 2024 or its date of notification, whichever is later. The Framework Agreement may be renewed once, for a period of 12 months, by express decision of the contracting authority.
The services provided by Purchase Orders may vary, over the duration of the initial period, i.e. 12 months, within the following limits:
- minimum amount: No minimum amount,
- maximum amount: 2,000,000 euro (excluding VAT).
In the event of renewal, the services of the purchase order share may vary, over the 12-month renewal period, within the following limits:
- minimum amount: No minimum amount,
- maximum amount: 2,000,000 euro (excluding VAT).
