1. The subject of the contract is the provision of domestic courier services to the Units in the field of acceptance, movement and delivery of courier consignments and, in the event of inability to deliver them, their return to the consignor, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.

2. The delivery of courier services will take place in the form of succession (partial) benefits, in accordance with the current needs of the Units, and will be settled in monthly periods from below after the performance of services in the given month.

1. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the list of courier consignments and their estimated quantities, is Annex 2 to SWZ — price form. The quantities given in this annex of the individual types of courier shipments are estimated and determine the maximum size of the subject of the contract (i.e. the basic order). The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of indicated types of courier shipments according to the current needs of the Units.

2. Courier services subject to this order relate to courier consignments, without limiting the sender the possibility of any designation of the value of the courier shipment, weighing:

(a) up to 2kg;

(b) more than 2kg to 5 kg;

(c) more than 5 kg to 15 kg;

(d) more than 15 kg to 30 kg;

(e) more than 30 kg to 50 kg;

3. A detailed description of the delivery of courier services is included in the contract model which is Annex 5 to the SWZ.

4. The list of the units for which the proceedings are carried out includes Annex 8 to the SWZ.

5. The Contracting Authority, acting under Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of all persons carrying out the following execution activities: sorting courier consignments covered by the subject of this by contract, under the terms set out in Annex 5 to the SWZ forming a model contract.

6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act up to 50% of the value of the basic contract, as regards the provision of courier services for all or selected Units, in the scope of the subject (generic) of services covered basic contract, in accordance with the terms of service contained in the Model Agreement (Annex 5 to SWZ). The condition for awarding the contracts referred to above will be the exhaustion of the amount representing the maximum value of the basic contract and the need to use the above services until the subsequent contract is awarded.
