To design the new child centre Chaam, the contracting authority is looking for an architect. Which will carry out at least the following activities:

The assignment here concerns the manufacture of:

• a Preliminary Design;

• a Final Design;

• A technical design (specifications and drawings);

• drawings and calculations associated with the environmental permit application;

• implementation drawings for the executing party(s);

• Drawings for the application for an environmental permit for fire-safe use;

• The necessary consultation moments with the client.

• Furthermore, we expect the architect to attend construction meetings and work discussions at the time of execution and, where necessary, assess dimensions and alternatives.

The size of the new child center Chaam is approximately 5000 m2 GFA
