The purpose of this framework agreement is to organize stays in full board, outside and during school holidays, on school and extra-curricular time for children domiciled and / or schooled in the city of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. Thus, the stipulations of the CCP concern the organization: - of classes transplanted into full board: for students schooled in the schools of the city, from CP to Cm2 in the presence of their teacher, during school periods (zone C), around the following 3 dominants: o sport, o heritage, culture and arts, o science and technology. - Holiday stays with full board: During the winter school holidays (zone C) and the summer school holidays, for children and young people from Pavillonnais from 6 to 15 years old

lot no. 1 concerns the organization of classes transplanted into full board:-for students schooled in the schools of the city, from CP to Cm2 in the presence of their teacher,-during school periods (Zone C),-Around the following 3 dominants: o sport, o heritage, culture and arts,o sciences and technology.the services at unit prices will be carried out according to the needs of the city by issuing purchase orders as and when requirements established on the basis of the prices shown in the unit price schedule (BPU). This framework agreement is concluded without an annual minimum and with an annual maximum of 250,000 euro(s) (excl. tax).

Lot No. 2 concerns the organization of holiday stays in full board:- during the winter school holidays (zone C) and the summer school holidays,- for children and young people from Pavillonnais from 6 to 15 years old, services at unit prices will be carried out according to the needs of the city by issuing purchase orders as and when needs are established on the basis of the prices appearing on the unit price schedule (Bpu). This framework agreement is concluded without an annual minimum and with an annual maximum of 150,000 euro(s) (excl. tax).
