Zetland Transport Partnership (ZetTrans) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced air carriers holding or capable of obtaining a valid operating licence issued by a Member State, who wish to be considered for the operation of a Public Service Obligation scheduled air services between the Shetland Mainland and the islands of Fair Isle, Foula, Out Skerries and Papa Stour.
