The municipality of Kürten is planning a core renovation of the multi-purpose hall to the comprehensive school Kürten, partly in ongoing school operations at the comprehensive school Kürten, Olpener Str. 4, 51515 Kürten.
The aim of the project and the subject of this call for tenders are the trades construction site equipment, scaffolding, shell construction, roofing work and carpentry work for the two main buildings consisting of the services:
- 2.300 m² Fassadengerüst
- 3,800 m² roof waterproofing with thermal insulation made of mineral wool / EPS
- 2,150 m² green roof
- 4,600 m² of formwork on the various components (foundations, parapets, beams, platforms and walls)
- 80 t reinforcing steel
- Please complete 1,500 m³ of concrete
- 2,400 m² KS masonry in various thicknesses
- 6 pieces glulam truss 26/140 cm, a 16.00 m
- Glulam for columns and beams
- 290 m² cross-laminated timber walls in various thicknesses
- 460 m² Brettstapeldecke
