The subject of the contract is a design service, including the development of design documentation for the extension of the national road No. 78 on the section Pradła – Irządze to the extent necessary. The Contractor will support the Ordering Party in the scope of performing author's supervision and answering questions to the SWZ at the stage of the procedure for the award of a public contract for construction works, carried out on the basis of design documentation.

1. The subject of the contract is a design service, including the development, to the extent necessary, of design documentation for the extension of the national road No. 78 on the section Pradła – Irządze. The Contractor will support the Ordering Party in the scope of performing author's supervision and answering questions to the SWZ at the stage of the procedure for the award of a public contract for construction works, carried out on the basis of design documentation.

The subject of the Order is:

a) preparation of project documentation and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions in accordance with the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract, the contract and the table of valuation of the stages of the contract together with all necessary studies, materials, arrangements and activities necessary to perform this documentation and prepare the task (Stage I, II, III, IV);

b) elaborating answers to Contractors' queries regarding project documentation during the public procurement procedure for works and / or preparing changes to project documentation (Stage V);

c) carrying out author's supervision over the execution of works during their implementation and warranty / guarantee (Stage VI).

The subject of the contract is described in detail in Volume III of the SWZ.

2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be performed within no more than 109 months from the date of signing the contract, including:

a) 18 months for the preparation of design documentation for the extension of the national road No. 78 on the section Pradła – Irządze and obtaining the necessary decisions,

b) 8 months for the implementation of obligations arising from the tender procedure for the selection of a contractor for construction works,

c) 83 months for the performance of obligations arising from the author's supervision over the execution of construction works.
