The planning task consists of the implementation of an extension building, which, in addition to school uses, is intended to provide premises for administration and residential use. The property is currently undeveloped. The new building of the State Vocational School München-Land will create additional space for new disciplines. The sports hall should also be provided for extracurricular use such as classic club sports. The planning objective is the construction of extensive wood or hybrid wood construction. A possible degree of prefabrication is to be sought. The implementation of a very high energy standard is predetermined. A cost ceiling of EUR 43 000 000.00 (cost group 200-700 according to DIN 276:2018 -12/incl. VAT) must be complied with for the measure. According to the current planning status, the extension is to be implemented and put into operation by September 2026.
