Planning, delivery, installation and IBN of connecting pipelines (BoP) between a heat storage tank and an electrode boiler to the existing system in the combined heat and power plant of Stadtwerke Flensburg.

Stadtwerke Flensburg GmbH (SWFL) operates a combined heat and power plant for the generation of electricity and district heating on the property Batteriestraße 48 in 24939 Flensburg.

SWFL plans to build an electrode boiler (EHK) and a heat storage system (WSP). The EHK with a thermal output of 40 MW is to feed the generated heat into the WSP. The WSP has a storage capacity of 900MWh and can be either loaded or unloaded with a maximum output of 90MW. The WSP and EHK have already been awarded in separate lots.

The scope of supply and services of this tender for lot BoP includes:

• Connecting pipelines WSP: approx. 150m DN600

• Connecting pipelines EHK: approx. 80m DN350

• Hilfsdampfanbindung WSP, 6 bar: ca. 60m DN65

• Fittings are provided by the contractor, but must be installed by the contractor

•Insulation

• Detail engineering (calculation, pipe-2, etc.)

• Rohrlager

• Design according to EN 13480
