The purpose of this contract is to lay down the operating and maintenance conditions for heating, air treatment, air conditioning (excluding direct expansion installation) and treatment of heating water and domestic hot water to be provided by the holder of this contract hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, for the services P1-P2-P3 for the Centre hospitalier de Chartres and designated “The Employer”.
