The subject of the contract is the execution, delivery and implementation of the STRADOM 2.0 system along with the provision of technical assistance and maintenance services. In these proceedings, the contracting authority shall not divide the contract into lots or allow partial tenders. The justification for not dividing the contract into lots is indicated in point 3.4. SWZ. 3. The contracting authority does not require the performance of the contract by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provision of Article 94(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act". 4. The contracting authority does not require the employment of persons on the basis of an employment relationship. 5. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act. 6. In these proceedings, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractors to submit the evidence in question. 7. The contracting authority, within the limits specified in the provisions of Article 462 et seq. Act, allows for the possibility of performing the subject of the contract by the Contractor with the use of subcontractors. A contractor that intends to entrust part of a contract to subcontractors shall indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors (including suppliers) and the names of any subcontractors (including suppliers), if they are already known.
