Framework agreement on expansion and spare parts for existing Police Cloud NRW (including HiPoS system) in two lots

The State Office for Central Police Services of North Rhine-Westphalia intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator on the expansion of the Police Cloud NRW (including HiPoS system) to other police locations, as well as on the expansion of existing systems and the procurement of spare parts to close. In addition to hardware and system components, the NRW police also need appropriate software, end devices, network switches and consulting and services related to the management and expansion of the facilities. All police authorities of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as Department IV of the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia are entitled to call if the need concerns the removal or spare parts of the existing HiPoS system or special police networks.

The client has divided the procurement requirements into two lots:

Lot 1: Delivery of server hardware & network switches, storage systems from Dell including software, consulting and planning services as well as service and maintenance services.

Lot 2: Delivery of end devices (thin clients, laptops, rugged notebooks or tablets, all-in-one PCs and workstations together with associated service and maintenance services.
