1. The subject of the contract is the supply of food products up to 35 WOG, i.e. vegetables, fruits, tropical fruits, fish and eggs intended for the ongoing nutrition of soldiers implemented on the basis of the Candidate Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 4.12.2014 on free feeding of professional soldiers and soldiers performing duty (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1604, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 24.03.2011 on feeding active duty soldiers military (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1134, as amended) and other legal acts.
2. The Ordering Party divided the item of the order into four parts.
Delivery of vegetables intended for current nutrition of soldiers of military units located in the supply area of 35 WOG in 2024The subject of the contract for lot No. 1 is the supply of vegetables intended for feeding
in the canteens of the district of responsibility of the 35th WOG.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for part No. 1 is indicated in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
Delivery of fruit, tropical fruits intended for current nutrition of soldiers of military units located in the supply area of 35 WOG in 2024The subject of the contract for lot No. 2 is the supply of fruit, tropical fruit intended for feeding
in the canteens of the district of responsibility of the 35th WOG.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract for part No. 2 is indicated in Annex 7 to the SWZ.
Delivery of fish intended for current feeding of soldiers of military units located in the supply area of 35 WOG in 2024The subject of the contract for lot No. 3 is the supply of fish intended for feeding
in the canteens of the district of responsibility of the 35th WOG.

Delivery of eggs intended for current feeding of soldiers of military units located in the supply area of 35 WOG in 2024The subject matter of the contract for lot No 4 is the supply of eggs intended for feeding
in the canteens of the district of responsibility of the 35th WOG.
