Framework Agreement with a single economic operator, for the assignment of maintenance services for historic gardens, parks and green areas of the municipal area with social clause

The contract consists of the execution of maintenance services of historic gardens, parks and green areas of the municipal territory for the four-year period 2023-2026 following a framework agreement with a single operator.

The interventions envisaged by this framework agreement concern public green areas, waterways, cemetery areas, stairways, roads, paths of the Municipality of La Spezia and consist of ordinary maintenance of the greenery, furnishings and games of the aforementioned areas as better described in the technical acts (specifications, technical report)

The performances will be those typical of green maintenance and, as a whole, are due to ordinary maintenance interventions that from time to time will be the subject of implementation contracts, and whose execution will be arranged by the Director of the Execution of the Contract according to the various needs of the Municipal Administration on specific areas.
