The subject of the contract are works consisting in the development of green areas. The work consists in the delivery and planting of plant material along with accompanying works. The works consist, m.in of preparing the ground for plantings, planting coniferous, deciduous shrubs and creepers, setting up flowerbeds, mulching, delivery of fertile land and peat, delivery of seedlings, delivery of composted bark and grass from the roll, delivery of ornamental stones and logs.

The subject of the contract also includes plant care during the warranty period, including ongoing watering as needed, replacement of dry or heavily damaged bushes, removal of drying or yellowed parts of plants, weeding weeds, removal of root growths, removal of over-flowered inflorescences or dried fruits, current spraying with fungicides or insecticides, sanitary or forming cuttings, protection of bushes for the winter, bark replenishment, mulching and fertilizing, mowing.

1. The subject of the contract shall be works consisting in the development of green areas. The work consists in the delivery and planting of plant material along with accompanying works. The subject of the contract concerns the implementation of the tasks of the Participatory Budget for 2023 marked:

- ESOG No. 1690 – Save the Bees – modernization of the social educational apiary of the District of Italy – edition 2;

- ESOG No. 496 – Green Italy – colourful shrubs on Plac Wolności at Dymna Street;

- ESOG No. 1522 – New plantings of trees and shrubs on the greenery at Naukowa Street.

2. Within the framework of the individual tasks included in the subject of the contract, the following shall be performed:

- Task No ESOG 1690 – preparing the ground for plantings, planting deciduous shrubs and creepers, establishing flowerbeds, mulching, delivery of fertile land, delivery of seedlings, delivery of composted bark;

- Task No ESOG 496 – preparing the ground for plantings, planting coniferous shrubs, planting deciduous shrubs, setting up flowerbeds, mulching, delivery of fertile land, delivery of seedlings, delivery of composted bark;

- Task No ESOG 1522 – preparing the ground for plantings, planting deciduous shrubs, establishing flowerbeds, mulching, setting up grasslands, supplying fertile land

and peat, supply of seedlings, supply of composted bark, supply of grass from the roll, supply of ornamental stones and logs.

The places where the works are to be carried out are to be marked with a post with the logo of the participatory budget.

3. The subject of the contract also includes plant care during the warranty period, including ongoing watering as needed, replacement of dry or heavily damaged bushes, removal of drying or yellowed parts of plants, weeding weeds, removal of root undergrowth, removal of over-flowered inflorescences or dried fruit stands, current spraying with fungicides or insecticides, sanitary or forming cuttings, protection of bushes for the winter, bark replenishment, mulching and fertilizing, mowing.

4. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a guarantee for works consisting in planting plant material for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of this activity, on the principles set out in §10 PPU.

5. When organizing and performing services, the Contractor shall take into account the requirements of the Contracting Authority in the scope of: accompanying and temporary works, impact of equipment on the environment, organization of works, securing the interests of third parties, protection of monuments, environmental protection, fire protection, work safety conditions, facilities for the needs of the Contractor, conditions for the organization of traffic, fencing, securing sidewalks and roadways, equipment, machines and means of transport, making measurements of works, inspections quality of works, properties and quality of horticultural materials, the period in which works can be carried out and other requirements indicated in the Green Areas Development Project and in PPU.

6. The subject of the contract is to be implemented in accordance with the Standards of Shaping the Greenery of Warsaw (Warsaw, April 2016, http://zzw.waw.pl/baza-wiedzy/standardy -shaping-greenery-Warsaw/).

7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ on the basis of an employment contract all persons who perform gardening works, including planting shrubs and perennials, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labor Code.
