The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Preparatory works related to the repair of the right flood embankment of the Vistula River on the section from km 34+270 to km 38+350 in the town of Maniów, Szczucin commune, Dąbrowa county. The service is related to the felling of trees and shrubs (including grubbing) on plots in the immediate vicinity of flood embankments and for land reserve in the municipality of Szczucin Dąbrowa poviat, which directly interfere with the anticipated works regarding the repair of the right flood embankment of the Vistula River on the section from km 34 +270 to km 38 +350 in the town of Maniów, Szczucin commune, Dąbrowa county in accordance with the WINB Order Decision in Krakow. The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the subject of the contract is specified in the documentation of the procedure, including in particular the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the offer estimate constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. Those annexes contain quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract, which fulfils the conditions
