The purpose of this contract is to entrust an external service provider with the performance of a follow-up mission to animate the programmed housing improvement and urban renewal operation in the city centre of Douai. The mission is divided into two parts (variable part under the BPU and a fixed part under the Dpgf), each comprising the following phases: Phase 1: Piloting and project management Phase 2: Complementary component Phase 3: Urban renewal component
