The contracting entity shall issue a call for tenders for a framework agreement for the procurement of electricity services. The Contracting Entity purchases electrical services for the daily operation of the installations at the Contracting Entity's premises and for major tasks and projects, including audit procurement, renovation tasks, as well as expansion of existing installations and construction of new plants (Lot 1). In addition, the Contracting Entity purchases electrical services for property management (Lot 2).
