The contract has as its object the intervention of Reconstruction with expansion of the Scientific High School "A. Vallisneri" of Lucca. The contract includes all works, services, supplies and supplies necessary to give the work completely completed in a workmanlike manner.

The participating economic operators must be in possession of the SOA for the following works of which the contract is composed:

- OG1 V ranking for € 4,037,230.68 - percentage of total 52.74%

- OS32 classification IV € 2.037.342,64 - percentage of total 26,62%

- OS28 classification III € 1.006.507,95 - percentage of total 13,15%

- OS30 ranking II € 495.127,74 - percentage of total 6,47%

- OS 3 subthreshold € 75,492.11 - percentage of total 0.99%

- OS18B subthreshold € 2,678.08 - percentage of total 0.03%

The reconstruction of the building can take place in two phases of which:

• the first concerning the realization of the main work which, in particular, will concern the structural works of the building in addition to the realization of the architectural and plant engineering works of the ground and first floors for a total amount of economic framework equal to € 9,294,542.81 (of which € 7,654,379.20 amount of work and security charges) whose work makes the work usable and functional;

• the second concerning the realization of the architectural and plant works related to the second floor, in addition to the realization of the external arrangements that perfect the work itself in all its components as designed, whose amount of economic framework amounts to € 1,500,000.00 (of which € 1,131,342.95 amount of works and security charges) and which will be realized once the resources have been identified whose allocation will be formalized by variation of the acts of financial programming, in accordance with the provisions of art. 106, c. 1, lett. a) of Legislative Decree 50/2016
