The objective of this tender is to find a (1) suitable supplier for the supply and maintenance of audiovisual means. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender in accordance with an open procedure, where the 'tender with the best price-quality ratio' is the starting point. This tender must lead to uniform services, pricing and conditions for the contracting authority. This procedure was chosen because the threshold amounts for European tendering were exceeded.

The estimated estimate is approximately EUR 250,000 per year, excluding VAT (average of the last 4 years). The scope of delivery will depend on the individual needs of the schools that will differ per year. There is therefore no limit for this framework agreement and if legally required in the context of recent case law it has been maximized at EUR 2 500 000 excluding VAT.
