The subject of the order are successive deliveries of diesel oil (ON) in the amount of approx. 600,000 liters. The Ordering Party informs that the given quantity is an estimated quantity and does not guarantee the order of the above quantity, therefore there will be no claims on this account. The supplier should guarantee the continuity of supplies and good quality of liquid fuels in accordance with the currently applicable PN-EN 590 standards and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels. In accordance with applicable law, the technical and chemical parameters of the diesel fuel supplied may not be worse than those specified in the Annexes to the above-mentioned Regulation. In accordance with applicable law, in the event of a discrepancy between the standard and the regulation, the provisions of the regulation shall apply.

1. The Contractor is obliged to supply fuel by a road tanker equipped with a pump or a distributor and a printer installed in the vehicle in order to confirm the spent liters at the actual temperature and reference temperature from the pump meter for the customer, meeting all the requirements of applicable law, in particular the Act of 11.5.2001 - Law on measures and executive acts to this Act in the field of road tankers (vehicles for the transport of liquid fuels).

2. The vehicle to be used for fuel deliveries should be equipped with legalized measuring devices measuring the amount of fuel discharged into the storage tank.

3. Deliveries will be made to tanks with a Fuelmaster type distributor, owned by the customer, in the following locations:

a) the seat of the contracting authority at ul. Saperska 23, 64-100 Leszno, POLAND - 5,000 l tank;

b) Waste Management Plant in Trzebania, Trzebania 15, 64-113 Osieczna, POLAND - 5,000 l tank;

c) Municipal Waste Transfer Station in Rawicz, ul. Sarnowska, 63-900 Rawicz - tank with a capacity of 5,000 l;

d) Municipal waste transfer station in Gola, commune Gostyń - tank with a capacity of 850 l.

4. In addition, deliveries will also be made to mobile tanks, owned by the customer, located in the following locations:

a) the seat of the contracting authority at ul. Saperska 23, 64-100 Leszno, POLAND - 450 l tank;

b) Waste Management Plant in Trzebania, Trzebania 15, 64-113 Osieczna, POLAND - a tank with a capacity of 450 liters.

5. The Purchaser reserves the right to submit needs from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 to 14:00 to the e-mail address provided by the contractor and on Friday from 7:00 to 15:00. It is considered correct to submit a request by sending a request to the above e-mail address without a confirmation of receipt of the message.

6. Delivery reported in the demand from Monday to Thursday should be made on the next business day by 11:00. Delivery reported on Friday should be made on the next Monday or business day by 11:00.

7. Each issue of diesel oil from the tanker will be confirmed by a printout showing the amounts of ON issued in liters at the product temperature and temperature of 15 deg. C.

8. At each delivery, the contractor is obliged to provide the purchaser with a WZ proof of registration containing the tanker's fuel supply registration number, date of issue, destination indication (location), quantity of fuel ordered in liters and quantity of fuel dispensed at 15 ° C, name of loading person tankers, as well as a certificate of quality for the fuels supplied. At each request of the contracting authority, the contractor is required to show a certificate of legalization of the tanker's fuel distributor, which the given batch of diesel fuel was delivered to.
