The contest concerns five individual framework agreements (subcontracts) in the following disciplines:

1) ground and machinery work,

2) electrical work,

3) plumbing work,

4) ventilation work,

5) construction work (carpentry/joinery).

The work will consist of various repair work, maintenance, and minor new buildings/constructions on public properties and buildings such as town halls, schools, nurseries, etc. In addition, there can be ENØK measures connected to extra insulation, heating systems, heat recovery, management systems, etc.

Tenderers can submit a tender for one or more of the disciplines.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with at least three tenderers within each of the different disciplines.
