Description:
Reception and management of plastic packaging waste code 15 01 02

1. The subject of the contract is successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani, Osieczna commune, Wielkopolskie province (hereinafter: ZZO) and from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPKO Rawicz) transport to the installation, in order to manage in the recovery process (R) plastic packaging waste with the code 15 01 02, derived from selective collection at source. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

2. The estimated amount of plastic packaging waste with the code 15 01 02 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, is approx. 3500 Mg, including:

a) Part I: approx. 2500 Mg from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania (hereinafter: ZZO Trzebania).

b) Part II: approx. 1000 Mg from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPOK Rawicz).

PART I

1. The subject of the contract is successive collection from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani, Osieczna commune, Wielkopolskie province (hereinafter: ZZO) and from the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz (hereinafter: SPOK Rawicz) transport to the installation, in order to manage in the recovery process (R) plastic packaging waste with the code 15 01 02, derived from selective collection at source. The method of managing the waste in question must be in accordance with the applicable law and decisions held by the Contractor.

2. The estimated amount of plastic packaging waste with the code 15 01 02 to be collected and managed by the Contractor during the contract execution period, i.e. 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, is approx. 3500 Mg, including:

a) Part I: approx. 2500 Mg from the Waste Management Plant in Trzebania (hereinafter: ZZO Trzebania).

3. The Ordering Party informs that the amount of waste specified in paragraph 2 above is an estimated quantity, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, while the Ordering Party shall ensure the minimum total amount of waste:

a) in part I: approx. 1500 Mg in the case of the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani,

4. In connection with the above, the collection and handling of waste in an amount lower than estimated above, i.e.:

a) in part I: approx. 2500 Mg in the case of the Waste Management Plant in Trzebani., but not less than approx. 1500 Mg,

does not give any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractors will not be entitled to a claim in this respect.

5. The Ordering Party informs that the total amount of waste given in paragraph 2 above is an estimated amount, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, while the Ordering Party provides at least a total amount of waste of approx. 3 500 Mg. Therefore, waste collection in an amount lower than estimated, but not less than the minimum total amount of waste, does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractor will not be entitled to claims in this respect.

6. Waste constituting the subject of the contract comes from the selective collection of waste from property owners, collected through direct collection at source in a bag and container system.

7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to carry out the service of waste collection and management with the code 15 01 02 on an ongoing basis: on working days from Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 21.00. (ZZO Trzebania) and 7:00 to 17.30 (SPOK Rawicz) with the frequency: min. 1 trips a day from Trzebinia and Rawicz or by e-mail.

8. For technical, technological and logistic reasons, the Ordering Party reserves the right to collect waste by the Contractor any amount of waste, and thus does not provide transport batches.

9. Waste should be collected by the Contractor using vehicles such as: a) a tractor unit with a tipper semi-trailer or walking floor with a permissible load capacity of min. 24 000 kg, and/or b) hooklift trucks for transporting containers with a capacity of approx. 30m3.

10. Loading waste into the Contractor's cars using a loader is the responsibility of the Ordering Party.

PART II

a) in part II: approx. 1000 Mg in the case of the Municipal Waste Reloading Station in Rawicz, but not less than approx. 500 Mg,

does not give any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, and the Contractors will not be entitled to a claim in this respect.

The Ordering Party informs that the total amount of waste given in paragraph 2 above is an estimated amount, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, while the Ordering Party provides at least a total amount of waste of approx. 3 500 Mg. In order to ensure the current service of waste collection with the code 15 01 02 from the area of ZZO Trzebania and (SPOK Rawicz), the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor performs the service of waste collection from the Ordering Party in the above estimated monthly quantities with a frequency of min. 1 course per day. At the same time, the Contracting Authority stipulates that the daily amount of collection of stored waste should be adapted to the current needs of the Contracting entity in this respect, which means that the Contractor, at the request of the Contracting Entity, will provide a smaller or larger number of trips on a given day than the above-mentioned amount of 1 course, in order to guarantee the current collection of stored waste. The required response time of the Contractor to the Ordering Party's notification may not exceed 24 hours from the moment the Contractor receives the notification by e-mail, counting working days.

9. For technical, technological and logistic reasons, the Ordering Party reserves the right to collect waste by the Contractor any amount of waste, and thus does not provide transport batches.
