The subject of the contract is the construction of a sewage treatment system in Struga in the Stare Bogaczowice Commune - Stage II.
1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a sewage treatment system in Struga in the Stare Bogaczowice Commune - Stage II.
2. The task which is the subject of the contract is the second stage of the investment: "Construction of a sewage treatment system in the town of Struga in the Stare Bogaczowice commune", under which the sanitary sewage system will be built in the gravity and pressure system, ensuring the discharge of sewage generated in the town of Struga, commune Stare Bogaczowice to the existing sanitary sewage network of the city of Wałbrzych - a transit pressure pipeline from the town of Struga to the city of Wałbrzych, in the vicinity of al. Podwale. The subject of this contract is the execution of construction works for the gravity and pressure sanitary sewage system in the town of Struga, the Stare Bogaczowice Commune, along with the execution of as-built documentation and obtaining by the Contractor in the competent authority, on behalf of the Employer, of documents enabling the use of the constructed network with the participation of Contractors of previously completed investment stages. Implementation of the task being the subject of the contract will be carried out on the basis of the above Building Permit Decision: Decision of the Wałbrzyski Staroste No. 325/2016 of 23.6.2016, Decision of the Lower Silesian Voivode No. ID-131/16 of 20.6.2016. The Employer shall provide the Contractor with all necessary documents from earlier stages of the investment, in order for the Contractor to obtain documents enabling the use of the network. 3. The task is a continuation of previously completed investment stages and includes the scope (in accordance with map annex No. 13) of building:
1) gravity channel from the SA67 well to the PA sewage pumping station gravity channel from the SB28 well to the SB32.6.12 well (Nowa Kolonia),
2) side channels from network sections led out during the implementation of the first stage of the investment outside the road belt of poviat road No. 3389 D (on the section from the well SB21 to the well SA67),
3) part of the discharge channel from the PA compressor station covered by Building Permit No. 325/2016 of the Wałbrzyski Staroste from 23.6.2016,
4) sections of the pressure sewage system located outside the road lane of poviat road No. 3389 D (on the section from the well SB21 to the well SA67) - not falling within the scope of the completed stage I,
5) PA, PC, PD compressors,
6) assembly of technological equipment for the PB sewage pumping station,
7) equipping the compressor station with the I&C system, in accordance with the guidelines in the Annex to the ToR regarding I&C,
8) dn 100 water supply network spacer.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is the design documentation (Annex 11 to the ToR).
5. Note: The Contractor shall, before commencing the implementation of the subject of the contract, draw up and forward to the Employer for approval an detailed schedule with the expected works, the anticipated works, payments together with the valuation of individual elements and deadlines for works execution (within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the construction site) . The calculated prices of individual elements, as well as the total price in the schedule must be consistent with the prices presented in the tender. The schedule will include payment every 1 month for individual elements listed in the schedule, as well as payment in 2019 up to 30% of the price for the entire order. The schedule should include, in a separate position, the installation of a 1,200 mm concrete well on the existing sanitary channel with a diameter of 500 mm.
6. Other requirements regarding the description of the order are specified in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order.
