The object of the contract is a service consisting in the receipt and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property and the designated objects and places by the Ordering Party from the territory of the Municipality of Pierzchnica, in accordance with the applicable provisions, in particular with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (uniform text: Journal of U.2021 item 888), the current resolution of the Council of the Municipality of Pierzchnica on the enactment of the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Pierzchnica and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2016-2022.Projected amount of waste in year 787,735 Mg.

Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property owners and designated objects and places by the Ordering Party from the area of the Municipality of Pierzchnica

1. The object of the contract is the service of waste collection, transfer for disposal and charges for disposal of municipal waste from the households of the municipality and facilities and places designated by the Municipality.

The area of the Municipality of Pierzchnica is 10,460 ha; sołectwa and localities and population are listed in the table above.

1.1.The subject of the order shall, in particular, include:

- collection and management of household solid waste,

- collection and management of solid municipal waste,

- collection and management of household segregated waste (bags),

Frequency of waste collection and export:

1) Mixed waste:

- between 1 April and 31 October - one reception per two weeks within the city of Pierzchnica,

- between 1 April and 31 October - one reception per month from other localities

- in the period from 1 November to 31 March - one reception per month from the area of the whole municipality

2) Selectively harvested waste — a minimum of one collection per month from the entire municipality.

The collection, export and development should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and the provisions of Polish law.

The Contracting Authority shall not require the submission of the means of evidence in question
