DEG, a subsidiary of KfW, is one of the largest European development finance institutions for long-term project and corporate finance. In the context of the present award procedure, DEG is looking for consultants for the iterative development of DEG towards an agile, lean and lean company.

The intention is to conclude a two-year consultancy contract. We are looking for a consulting partner who can provide comprehensive advice to our transformation team and project management. It is important to serve both the change management side with the associated socio-cultural and sociodynamic facets and the agile / lean aspects with extensive methodological knowledge but also the corresponding mindset.
