The provision of a managed service to operate and manage the Department's on premises deployed IBM QRadar Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system. This will include the SIEM configuration, creation of alerts and reports notifying the Department of high priority alerts.

The provision of a managed service to operate, tune, maintain and provide appropriate alerts to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment's operations and security teams based on offence criticality and asset categorisation from an on-premises IBM Qradar deployment.
