The contract includes snow removal and anti-slip control of streets, parking lots, pedestrian and bicycle lanes, at whip sites, etc. and maintenance of the outdoor environment at housing, elderly homes, industrial premises owned or managed by the Client in Lindesberg Municipality.

The scope of the contract is stated in documents specified in UF.3.2..2 in the procurement document.

The outdoor environment, snow removal and maintenance areas are shown in the document “Real estate Green and white”. The maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the appendices included in the Contract. Variations can occur between the years, depending on, for example, changed care or purchase / sale of properties.
