The subject of the contract is the construction of a school-kindergarten complex at ul. Gilarska - stage I. The subject includes the implementation of stage I, i.e. the school building - containing 24 classrooms, cloakrooms, workshops, assembly hall, auxiliary, administrative rooms and a feeding block. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts involving the repetition of similar construction works referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, with a total gross value up to PLN 21,000,000, consisting of: masonry walls, concrete and reinforced concrete constructions, room finishing (internal cladding, painting, floors), sanitary, electrical, power and telecommunications installations, façade installation, roofing, lighting, landscaping elements. The contract will be awarded provided that the Employer has the necessary financial resources. The contract will be carried out under the terms of the basic contract.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works: ,, Construction of a school-kindergarten complex at ul. Gilarska - stage I. The building is designed as a two-storey building, partly with a basement. Structural elements of reinforced concrete, foundation on concrete benches, feet and slabs, load-bearing walls at the level of reinforced concrete basements on the above-ground floors of silicate blocks, partition walls of perforated brick. Reinforced concrete posts and mandrels. Cast reinforced concrete floors. Roof - non-ventilated roof, insulated with roof polystyrene, finished with underfelt and topping roofing felt with washed gravel. Roof over the hall - girders made of glued wood and trapezoidal sheet. Finishing of external walls: silicate or silicone plaster, gray and graphite, facade panels made of high-pressure laminate for exterior applications in wood-like and ruby-red colors, sheet metal facade panels, building plinth - graphite pebble plaster. On the facade of the school building from the eastern side of the figure, made with relief and sgraffito techniques. Due to the division of the object, the subject of the contract will include the implementation of insulation and finishing walls separating stage I in accordance with the requirements for external partitions.

The scope of the subject of the Agreement includes external works, i.e. execution of:

- internal roads (including fire roads) and parking spaces,

- exit from the road marked 111KD-L to the internal road,

- external installations: sanitary sewage system, storm water drainage system with retention section, external lighting and external CCTV installation,

- summer water supply installation,

- greenery,

- connections: can. sanitary, storm water drainage, water supply and energy

- the inner courtyard of the building.

The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract in the manner specified in art. 22 par 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108), referred to in Art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579, as amended), by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons performing the activities listed below during the performance of the contract, i.e.

1) earthworks,

2) concrete works,

3) roofing works,

4) masonry works,

5) floor works with insulation,

6) plastering, tiling, painting, plasterboard enclosure,

7) sanitary works,

8) electrical and teletechnical works,

9) installation of window and door joinery,

Employer all issues related to documenting employment referred to above, the Employer's rights to control compliance by the Contractor with the abovementioned the requirement and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, are specified in the model contract constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.
