Introduction
Bostads AB Vätterhem (The Customer) invites applicants (Supplier) to apply to participate in procurement regarding Real Estate Systems.
The goal is to acquire a secure comprehensive property system solution that provides the conditions for user-friendly and effective work support at the Customer. Today, Momentum's property system PM4 and Momentum's market system are used.
The requer intends to sign contracts with a (1) supplier.
The procurement will take place in two stages. In the first stage (to which this document relates), suppliers apply to participate in the procurement by submitting an application containing qualification requirements and a selection with selection criteria consisting of a requirement specification with ska and should requirements. In the second step, a number of suppliers are invited to submit tenders in the procurement. The second step contains complete procurement documents with mandatory requirements, evaluation model, system demonstration and contract terms.
Extent
The procurement is for a comprehensive property management system solution. The system solution should be a support for renting apartments and premises with everything from marketing, queue management, contact with applicants, contract signing to termination and inspection. The system solution will also support the management of properties such as fault reporting, service and orders, supervision and care, maintenance and rounding, inspection and self-inspection, as well as manage rental administration, customer service, maintenance and communication with tenants, etc.
The procurement includes complete installation, configuration, set-up, training, commissioning, testing, ongoing operation and support of the system solution.
