KKP Eiendom AS would like to enter into a contract with a project manager who can undertake the awarding authority's commercial and technical project management for the construction of a Knowledge and Culture Park at Kirketoget/Hasbergtjerndalen in Kongsberg. The project has an area of apprx. 24 000 m2 gross. The building is a multi-functional building that shall house premises for Buskerud University College, the vocational college, library and other arts functions, municipal functions and any business areas etc.

In addition KKP Eiendom AS will also get the responsibility to realise a car park in Skauløkka, which is a site close to KKP. The car park will have a capacity of 600 to 759 vehicles. The site shall be prepared for a future overlying residences or business premises of 12-24 000 m2. The project manager engaged for KKP can have his responsibility extended to include the car park. The projects will be carried out at the same time.
