The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new high-speed mixer and kneader together with the necessary equipment, commissioning and training of the crew as part of the project "Modernization of the preparation and material formation node in the experimental and production installation for the preparation of catalysts and ceramic carriers". A detailed description of the subject of the order has been included in Annex No. 1 - Technical Specification No. TD-PR-02.
The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new high-speed mixer and kneader together with the necessary equipment, commissioning and training of the crew as part of the project "Modernization of the preparation and material formation node in the experimental and production installation for the preparation of catalysts and ceramic carriers".
The scope of the contract includes:
1. Delivery of a complete device along with equipment in accordance with the technical specification No. TD-PR-02, commissioning and training of the crew. The device should have a control cabinet equipped with: - smooth speed regulation of drives with feedback - operation / failure indication of main and auxiliary drives, ACP - internal device protection system - permission to start the device, binary contact-output from DCS.
2. Delivery of non-standard tools necessary for starting, servicing or repairing the device.
3. Preparation of technical documentation - 3 sets in Polish in a printed form, 1 set in Polish in an electronic form containing:
- technical and operational documentation with instruction manual and list of spare parts,
- electrical scheme of the system,
- data regarding the design and implementation of the device foundation.
4. Provision of software for the use of used controllers, inverters, source code of automation with comments and description along with the license.
5. Delivery of spare parts:
- gaskets for the bowl lid - 3 sets,
- tool for cleaning the walls and bottom of the bowl - 1 set,
- mixing tool - 1 piece,
- forming tool - 1 piece.
