Framework agreement to purchase orders with a minimum but no maximum expressed in quantities, under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The minimum quantities per batch and per party establishment for the entire duration of the public contract are indicated in Annex 1 to the CCTP: catalog of requirements.
It is an alloti market - number of lots: 110Sterile medical devices that can be ordered in batches are described in the CCTP and in appendix one to the CCTP the catalog of requirements. The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation regulations.
