the services are carried out in all 35 municipalities of the Smictom territory.The number of shelter-bins to be deployed as well as their locations will be specified following a consultation with each municipality. A provisional implementation plan is attached as Annex 1 to this SPC. It corresponds to the first phase of implantation anticipated. This forecast is transmitted for information purposes only and may be subject to changes in number and place within the limits of the quantities mentioned below.
