The subject of the Contract is the preparation of design documentation necessary for the implementation of the project entitled "Design documentation for the Wrocław Railway Junction" as part of the "Preparatory Projects" project, together with the opinions, agreements, decisions necessary to carry out the construction works required by law (Phase I) and the author's supervision at the stage of construction works under the right of option (Phase II).

The main results of the Order are to obtain:
1) Program-Spatial Concept (KPP);
2) construction projects together with geotechnical and geological and engineering documentation;
3) materials necessary to obtain a decision on environmental conditions,
4) a set of materials necessary to obtain building permits along with obtaining the building permits themselves
5) executive drafts;
(6) tender materials necessary to select contractors for construction works
(7) certification at the design stage;
8) author's supervision over the execution of works,
9) final building permits;
10) other documents and permits necessary for the execution of construction works
The lead time of the Order is 3067 days:
1) Phase I – 1330 calendar days from the date of signing the agreement
2) Phase II Right of Option – from the day following the date of concluding the contract with the construction contractor by the Contracting Authority until the last final acceptance; This time is defined as 1737 calendar days
