Waste management Hohenlohe district intends to award software products for waste management (including accompanying IT services).
In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information on the project, the key performance points of the advertised service and the processing of the Award procedure according to VgV available for download. The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by applicants in the context of the participation competition. After the completion of the participation competition, the applicants selected in the participation competition will be provided with a detailed job description.
The waste management company Hohenlohekreis (hereinafter AWH) plans to tender the award of software products for the following areas:
— master data maintenance,
— weighing plant landfill,
— commercial contract processing,
— bulky waste on demand,
— landfill data processing (including installation plan and sampling),
— proof of disposal,
— “online” customer portal,
— if necessary Connecting other locations (e.g. recycling stations).
Further software modules may be optionally commissioned.
The advertised service includes the provision of software (including support services). During the contract period, the following services must be provided in particular:
— provision of software licenses for the required modules (including installation on the client's servers),
— maintenance of the software (including updates during the contract period), as a percentage of license costs,
— migration of the existing data set with customers,
— project support,
— training of AWH employees,
— supply of a “hotline” with “ticket system”,
— remote maintenance.
The final vote on the services to be provided takes place within the framework of the negotiations.
