The purpose of the contract is routine maintenance services including all the care and repairs required to maintain plants and lawns in good vegetation, the possible refilling of lawns and general cleaning, in order to maintain in perfect state of cleanliness all parts of open spaces and green spaces. Maintenance and care of trees are part of the contract as well as cutting and weeding the foot of trees located in grassed areas. The services will be carried out at variable intervals set by the contracting authority when issuing purchase orders.
