The purpose of the procurement of this Service is to ensure that capacity is in place to provide ESOL and employment support to workless migrants who have the right to live in the UK and right to take paid employment in an EU member state (aged 16+), with the aim of improving their English and employability skills to move them closer to paid employment.

Following the failure to award a contract for this provision under itt_30112 this ITT has been issued to candidates who have submitted a successful response to The Register of Training Organisations for delivery of education and training services, candidates passing delivery of Information, advice and guidance as at August 2016 and deliver ESOL in the Tees Valley LEP area.
